Mr. Grigsby serves as Chairman and CEO of JPRA
Architects and oversees the planning segment of all JPRA projects along with the management responsibilities of the firm. Mr. Grigsby's thirty years of retail planning experience blend the unique perspectives of architecture and development, having spent seven years with The Taubman Company working on developments throughout the east
coast and midwest. Mr. Grigsby is a graduate of Lawrence Technological University School of Architecture and is a registered Architect in ten states.

Mr. Pepin serves as Director for JPRA Asset Advisors and is responsible for managing client consulting efforts with
challenged real estate assets. His 30 plus years of experience
in project entitlements and engineering, including 16 years as Vice President of Planning & Design with The Taubman
Company, give him a strong background of experience to
draw on to advise clients in today's uniquely difficult real
estate development environment. Mr. Pepin is a graduate of Virginia Polytechnic Institute & State University with a degree
in civil engineering.
