We can review available building documentation to    confirm layout and to verify available square footages. In    the absence of existing building documentation we can    facilitate required measurements with in-house staff or    appropriate support consultants.

 

    

    The list of items to be assessed can be as simple or     complex as the specific property may require. Potential     areas to be addressed would include floor, wall and ceiling     systems, mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems,     vertical circulation including elevators and escalators if any.     Other potential topics could include status of code     compliance, ADA compliance, status of building     infrastructure related to information technology including     phones, computers network and video distribution.

 

 

     We will inspect the building envelope including the walls, roof,      structural stability, and glazing systems to assess its current      condition in terms of air and water penetration, maintenance      requirements and expected life cycle.

 

 

 

     We can provide a report which analyzes the status of the      building related to current sustainable design standards. Such      a report could focus on both site and building conditions if      appropriate. The purpose of the report would be to provide an      overview of the property status on this issue and identify the      major strengths and/or weaknesses that should be focused      on.
